Hello,

Here is the list of Government Medical Colleges in Mumbai taking part in NEET counseling:

Grant Government Medical College and Sir J.J. Group of Hospitals (Byculla)

  • Affiliated to MUHS, it provides approximately 250 MBBS seats and is one of the oldest and most premier medical colleges in India.

Topiwala National Medical College (TNMC) and B.Y.L. Nair Charitable Hospital (Mumbai Central)

  • MUHS-affiliated college, TNMC, is one of the best clinical and educational facilities with around 120 MBBS seats.

Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical College and General Hospital (Sion) (Sion)

  • College with around 200 MBBS seats and highly rated for clinical exposure and training in different specialties.

NEET counselling process is taken in these colleges, and based on the rank cleared in NEET, a candidate can apply for the same.

Historically, the OBC cutoff for Osmania Medical College is usually around 580-600 marks, so a score of 600 puts you comfortably above the expected cutoff.

Since you are from Hyderabad, you will benefit from the Telangana state quota, further increasing your chances of getting admission.

To sum up all you have a good chance of getting admission to Osmania Medical College, Hyderabad if you score 600 in NEET exam.

Hello Shama

It will be a great score if you secure 600 marks in Neet . Being an OBC candidate there will be fair chances for you to get medical seat in Osmania university,  Hyderabad .

Though it depends upon cut off neet in that year . Cut off changes every year and depends upon certain factors including number of students appeared in exam,  Toughness level of exam,  normalisation process,  availability of seats and previous year's cut off etc.
