NET 2022 analysis by Vidya Mandir Classes

Chemistry: When asked about the chemistry section in NEET, Saurabh Kumar, Chief Academic Officer, Vidya Mandir Classes, responded: Compared to last year, NEET chemistry had a high level of difficulty. As a result, it can be ranked one or two points higher than last year. The test included questions practically from all chapters. Secondly, there were eight picture-based questions, 6 statement questions and two assertion reasons, which was very unusual compared to the previous year's NEET question paper. There were only two statement-based questions last year. Questions based on assertion reasons have been included this year alongside questions based on statements. This was a very competitive paper, and he predicts that candidates who study well will make the NEET merit this time in 2022.

Physics: The Physics paper included both mathematical and assertion-based questions. NEET 2022 physics section had mixed-type questions. Although the NEET exam's physics section was easy, some questions required lengthy calculations. There were some straightforward questions in the NEET 2022 physics section, which made it easy for students to complete. Students may have faced difficulty with questions based on wavelength recording as they had not attempted such questions before, and it was more of a data-based question. The NEET2022 physics section was generally easy, however.

Zoology: Clearly, the NEET Zoology question paper was based on NCERT's basic concepts. The majority of the questions were statement-based. Additionally, candidates must have found assertion-based questions. As for the objective questions, they were also based on the statement. In terms of difficulty level, the exam was easy. While reading and understanding the question, students may have found it twisted in two to three places. Although the exam was easier than last year's, it was much more time-consuming. Even though the zoology section of the NEET question paper covered most of the chapters, there were no questions on topics like Animal husbandry. It was mainly the NCERT text and its application that was asked in the NEET question paper.

Botany: In the NEET 2022 botany section, the questions were not difficult but tricky nevertheless. When comparing the number of questions in biology, botany had more than zoology. The genetics topic had more questions. One question was tricky, so students needed to read and understand it before answering.

For general category candudate the qualifying percentile is 50 percentile ie marks between 720 to 137
