Candidates can find NTA NEET answer key on the official website, exams.nta.ac.in/NEET. By using the NEET answer key, candidates can estimate the approximate NEET scores.

To challenge the official answer key, candidates have to follow the steps given below:
1. Candidates will have to first click on the link provided on this page to challenge the answer key of NEET
2. Next, on the screen that appears they have to enter their login credentials, i.e., Application Number and Password
3. Now, candidates have to click on the ‘Key Challenge’ tab and select the ‘Test Booklet Code’ that they wish to challenge NEET 2024 answer key
4. Candidates have to select the question that they wish to challenge
5. In the screen that appears candidates have to select the answer that according to them is correct, they may give additional justifications for the same
6. Now, candidates have to click on the ‘Submit’ button
7. Following the steps given above, candidates have to pay the challenge fee. They can do so via debit card or credit card
8. The confirmation page with details like that of transaction and question challenged will be provided. Candidates have to take a printout of this page for future reference
How to challenge NEET OMR response sheet 2024?
NTA will release the NEET 2024 OMR response sheet along with the NEET 2024 answer key. The release of the OMR response sheet of NEET 2024 is the display of the scanned copy of the OMR sheet which has the responses given by the candidates in the entrance examination. In case any medical aspirant feels that NEET OMR response sheet 2024 has some discrepancy, they can challenge it. Candidates are provided with two days period by NTA to challenge the same.
Steps to challenge NEET 2024 OMR response sheet
To challenge the OMR response sheet NEET candidates should follow the steps given below:

- On the screen that appears they have to enter their login credentials, i.e., Registration number and Password
- Candidates have to then click on the ‘OMR challenge’ tab
- In the next step, candidates will be redirected to a page that will show two options
- ‘Click here to view your OMR Answer Sheet’
- ‘Click here for OMR Challenge’
- On clicking the first option, the screen will display the candidate’s OMR answer sheet, while the second option will allow candidates to challenge the NEET 2024 OMR response sheet
- Candidates can challenge the OMR answer sheet of NEET by paying a non-refundable fee of ₹200
NEET Cutoff 2024
The minimum qualifying percentile required for the national-level entrance examination is NEET 2024 cutoff. The cutoff percentile for NEET for each category is released with the information brochure. While the NEET cut off 2024 scores, corresponding scores are announced with the NEET result. Aspirants can refer to the previous year's NEET cutoff in the table below.

If your brother gets 658 out of 720 in neet 2024, then he will be eligible to get medical seat in any prestigious medical college and akso can apply in All India quota and state quota too where he belongs .
With 658 score he may get medical seat in government college .
Now which college he will get , depends upon cut iff neet 2024. Cut off changes every tear and depends upon various factors like Number of students appeared in exam, difficulty level of exam, previous year's cut off etc

658 score is really very good score.
You have great chances of getting a government seat in a good medical college .
Also you are OC category candidate , you will have that benefit too.
You haven't mentioned your state . You can get state quota seat. Now which college you will get depends upon neet cut off 2024 .
Cut off varies every year and depends upon number of factors including students appeared, seat intake, difficulty level of exam and previous years cut off .

Sorry to say but with 100 score in neet 2024 , you won't geg any medical seat as this is too low score and 100 marks are not qualifying marks.
Even with sc or ST certificate , a candidate won't get any college with 100 marks .
