The aspirants appearing for the Uttarakhand BSc nursing examination have to fulfil certain eligibility criteria set by the authority. These eligibility criteria are as follows -
The candidate should be an Indian citizen
The aspirant’s age should be a minimum of 17 years by December 31, 2025. The maximum age limit is 35 years
The student should have completed the 10 + 2 standard or its equivalent from a recognised board in subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Biology (with English being a main or additional subject) with a minimum of 45% marks.

Go to hnbumu.ac.in and click on the “Click here to register” button to register.
Fill the details asked - Name of the candidate, Date of birth, mobile number and a valid email ID.
Click on send OTP. A six-digit OTP will be sent to the registered email ID and mobile number. Enter the OTP and click on the submit button. A pop-up window will appear, click on the register button.
Select “BSc nursing” from the drop-down menu in the select course section and click on apply. You will be redirected to the registration page.
Fill in all the personal details asked such as - parents name, gender, marital status, nationality, domicile, category, ID proof, ID proof number, correspondence permanent address, etc.
Select three exam centre preferences.
Enter the qualification details and the marks obtained in the qualifying examination.
Upload a recent photograph, signature of the candidate and all the relevant documents asked in a prescribed format.
Once all the documents have been uploaded, click on the preview button and check if all the details are correct or not. If there has been a mistake, click on the edit button and rectify the errors. Once all the corrections are made, click on the submit button.
“Click on proceed to payment” and pay the Uttarakhand BSc nursing 2025 application fee.

The Uttarakhand BSc nursing exam comprises 100 objective type questions. The level of the questions is of 10 + 2 level and questions are asked from five sections. 20 questions are asked from each section. These sections are - Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English and Nursing Aptitude. Each question has four options to answer, out of which only one is correct. +1 mark is awarded for each correct answer and 0 mark for an incorrect answer or un-attempted questions. There is no negative marking.
