Merit and Provisional List: DME releases the Chhattisgarh NEET PG merit list of the eligible candidates based on the NEET PG score and applicable state rules for the counselling.
Choice Filling and Locking: Eligible candidates can visit the official website for the choice filling of courses and colleges. Candidates can fill in the choices according to them, as there is no restriction on the number of selections for NEET PG counselling 2025. Once the selection has been made, candidates have to lock their choices.
Seat Allotment and Result: Based on the choices filled by the candidates, DME releases the seat allotment list in online mode on the official website. Seat allotment in the Chhattisgarh NEET PG counselling depends on different factors, such as the NEET PG merit list, filled preferences, and the availability of seats and courses in the college.
Document Verification and Reporting to the College: After the release of the seat allotment list, candidates are required to submit all the required documents for verification and report to the allocated college according to the Chhattisgarh NEET PG 2025 counselling dates provided by the officials.

If there are still seats left after the two rounds of Chhattisgarh NEET PG 2025 counselling, then DME conducts the mop round. Candidates who did not receive the seats in previous rounds of Chhattisgarh NEET PG counselling 2025 can appear for the mop round. Candidates who were allotted the seats but did not join the college or those who did not appear in any one of the rounds are also eligible for the Chhattisgarh NEET PG counselling 2025 mop round.
DME conducts the stray round of Chhattisgarh NEET PG counselling if there are seats available in any one of the colleges in offline mode. Fresh candidates can also apply for the Chhattisgarh NEET PG counselling 2025 stray round along with the candidates who want to edit their earlier choices. However, applicants must know that earlier choices are treated as null and void.
