Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) conducts the Karnataka NEET PG counselling 2024. As per the latest update, the authority has extended Karnataka NEET PG 2024 registrations date till today, October 7, 2024. Candidates can edit their application form till October 7, 2024 (6 PM). Document verification for Karnataka NEET PG counselling 2024 has been scheduled from October 7 to 18, 2024. A link to register for Karnataka NEET PG 2024 counselling is provided below.

Only NEET PG/NEET MDS qualified candidates can fill the online application form to participate in the counselling of Karnataka PG medical/dental. The NEET PG cutoff for general category is 50th percentile while for SC/ST/OBC/PH it is 40th percentile. After registrations, KEA releases the Karnataka PG medical 2024 merit list mentioning the names of eligible candidates for counselling. Candidates included in the merit list have to fill in their choices of courses and colleges for KEA Karnataka NEET PG 2024 counselling. Authorities prepare the seat allotment of Karnataka NEET PG counselling on the basis of NEET PG score/NEET MDS score, choices filled, seat matrix, reservation criteria, and other factors.
Candidates allotted seats during Karnataka NEET PG 2024 counselling are required to report to the allotted college. Karnataka NEET PG counselling is held for admission to 50% state quota and 100% private colleges seats. Total three rounds of KEA Karnataka PG medical counselling are conducted including a mop-up round in case of vacant seats. - Candidates not allotted a seat/ not satisfied with the seat/opted for upgradation are eligible for the second round of Karnataka NEET PG/MDS counselling.
- Candidates do not have to fill choices again.
- Candidates who failed to pay the fee/collect admission order/report to the allotted college/deposit original documents are not allowed to participate in Karnataka PG medical seat allotment round two.

Step 1: Login
Candidates included in the verified list are eligible for Karnataka NEET PG counselling 2024. Such candidates are required to login at the KEA PGET portal.
To log in, candidates need to enter the PGET number, testing ID, and the security key.
The PGET number and testing ID are the details generated for each candidate after registration.
The security key will be available on the verification slip
Submit the entered details.
Create and confirm a password.
Enter your mobile number and email address.
Step 2: Document verification
After registration process is over, registered candidates need to attend offline document verification process. During document verification, candidates need to submit original documents to the authority. Step 2: Choice filling
Candidates are required to fill in their preferences of course and colleges. Based on these choices filled, the Karnataka NEET PG 2024 counselling seat allotment is conducted. Karnataka PG medical counselling is held for admission to 50% government, 100% private, NRI, and other quota seats in the state. KEA releases the seat matrix of Karnataka NEET PG/MDS counselling.
Candidates must fill their choices based on the seat matrix released, their NEET PG/MDS state rank, and reservation criteria. Each of the Karnataka PG medical/dental seats has a unique code of six characters. The seat code includes the course, college, and quota. For the convenience of the candidates, authorities might open the facility to edit the Karnataka PG medical choices filled.
Step 3: Karnataka NEET PG Seat allotment
Based on the preferences filled, NEET PG/MDS rank, number of seats, and reservation factors, KEA will publish the Karnataka NEET PG 2024 counselling result. The result for Karnataka NEET PG/MDS counselling 2024 is announced separately for every individual. After the allotment of seats in Karnataka NEET PG 2024 counselling, candidates are required to opt for any one of the below-mentioned four choices.

- Inform the college authorities to update candidate status

- Allotted seat in Karnataka NEET PG counselling
- Satisfied with the seat allotted but wish to upgrade seat in next round of Karnataka NEET PG/MDS counselling
- Login at KEA PGET portal and confirm satisfaction with the seat allotted
- Pay the prescribed fee
- Submit original documents to KEA
- Wait for the next round of Karnataka PG medical/dental admission
- No fresh choices are to be filled
- If the seat is upgraded in Karnataka NEET PG 2024 counselling, collect admission order from KEA and report to the allotted college
- If the seat is not upgraded in Karnataka NEET PG 2024 seat allotment, then the seat previously allotted will be considered final
- After seat allotment, collect admission order from KEA and report to the allotted college for securing Karnataka PG medical/dental seat
- Update the status of joining on KEA web portal
- Inform the college authorities about the same
Karnataka NEET PG counselling 2024: Choice 3
- Allotted a seat in Karnataka NEET PG 2024 seat allotment but not satisfied with the seat.
- Wish to participate in further rounds of Karnataka PG medical/dental seat allotment
- Login at Karnataka PG medical counselling portal and opt for choice 3
- Submit original documents to KEA
- If a Karnataka PG medical/dental seat is allotted, pay the fee and collect admission order from KEA.
- Report to the allotted college for securing Karnataka NEET PG 2024 admission
- Update joining status on KEA PGET portal and Inform the college authorities regarding the same

At this rank it is difficult for you to get admission in clinical branch as last year cutoff rank was upto 10000 even your rank is not enough for DNB as this course gives admission under 30 k rank
Allt this rank you may get biochemistry, pharmacology, micro biology, physiology, anatomy etc.you need to pay fees more than 12 lakh for these courses and get stipend every month approx 35k.

Reservation Advantage: Since reserved categories typically have lower cutoff ranks than regular categories, being in the SC category greatly boosts your prospects.
Demand for Specialisations: Compared to ENT, anaesthesia is typically less competitive, therefore your prospects of getting a seat in anaesthesia may be higher.
Past Year's Cutoffs: To have a better understanding of your possibilities, it's best to look at the past year's cutoff ranks for SC category seats in ENT and anaesthesia. These ranks change every year.
Counselling Rounds: Take part in every counselling round; there may be openings in subsequent rounds.
In a government college, you may be able to get a seat in anaesthesia or maybe ENT depending on your rank and category.
