MP MBBS Admission 2023: The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Madhya Pradesh is the responsible authority to conduct MP NEET admission 2023. As per the latest update, the authority has released MP NEET merit list 2023 for mop up round along with the seat matrix. Links to download the same are provided below. MP MBBS 2023 admission will be conducted for NEET exam-qualified aspirants only. Eligible candidates are required to fill out the MP MBBS 2023 application form by entering their personal, academic, NEET UG, communication details, and other requested information. In accordance with the registration, DME has released a merit list mentioning the names of eligible candidates for MP MBBS admission 2023.

The DME will conduct MP NEET 2023 counselling for 85% of state quotas in government colleges as well as 100% of seats in private colleges. The remaining 15% of seats will be filled by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) through centralized NEET counselling 2023.

During the counselling process, candidates will have to select their courses and colleges for MP MBBS/BDS admission 2023. The authority will grant admission to MP MBBS 2023 based on the choices filled in, seat matrix, NEET rank, reservation, and other factors. Under MP MBBS/BDS 2023 admission, 4180 MBBS and 1,090 BDS will be offered in 39 colleges in the state. Admission criteria for MP MBBS admission 2023

The admission criteria of MP MBBS 2023 admission are listed below

• 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats: MP MBBS/BDS admission to 15% AIQ seats will be granted on the basis of NEET 2023 rank. The candidates will need to register at mcc.nic.in for MCC NEET 2023 counselling, which will be followed by choice filling and seat allocation.

• Central/Deemed universities: Candidates eligible for MBBS/BDS seats in central and deemed universities in the state will also be offered seats through NEET counselling 2023.

• 85% state quota seats: DME, MP is the conducting authority for MP MBBS counselling of 85% state quota seats. The counselling for MP MBBS/BDS 2023 admission will be held in an online mode. MP 2023 MBBS/BDS admissions will be conducted online.

• Private colleges: Besides the state quota seats, the DME will also conduct MP NEET 2023 for 100% seats in private colleges. MBBS admission for private colleges will be conducted through MP MBBS counselling.

MP MBBS admission 2023: Eligibility criteria

MP NEET UG registration needs to meet certain eligibility requirements in order to be considered for admission. Applications will only be accepted from candidates who meet the MP MBBS 2023 eligibility criteria. Find out about MP MBBS eligibility criteria 2023 below.

• NEET 2023 eligibility criteria: Medical aspirants must meet NEET exam eligibility requirements to apply for MP MBBS admission.

• Age: As per the eligibility criteria of MP MBBS/BDS admission, candidates must be at least 17 years old as on December 31, 2023.

• Academic: Students who have passed class 12 or have appeared for the final exams are eligible for MP NEET 2023 admission.

• Domicile: Only aspirants who are a domicile of Madhya Pradesh will be eligible for MP MBBS admission.

• Wards of freedom fighters/defence personnel/all India government service employees who are serving in the state will also be eligible for admission to MP MBBS 2023.

• NEET 2023 cutoff: Authority will grant MP MBBS admission on the basis of candidates’ performance in NEET UG exam. Only candidates securing the NEET cutoff will be called for MP MBBS/BDS 2023 admission.

• Enter personal details such as name, parents name, DOB, and gender

• Enter contact number, email id, and photo ID details and number

• Enter bank details

• Enter the OTP received on registered mobile number and create new password

• Fill class 12 academic details such as marks obtained, subjects studied, and passing status.

MP MBBS merit list 2023

Authorities has released the MP MBBS 2023 merit list on the official website for successfully registered candidates. According to the candidates' NEET scores 2023, MP MBBS/BDS merit list PDF has been prepared. The MP MBBS merit list includes information about the candidates' names, category, NEET 2023 roll number, and rank. The DME will contact all candidates whose names appear on the MP MBBS/BDS merit list 2023.

The authority will conduct MP NEET 2023 counselling for MBBS and BDS admission based on the merit list. There are a total of 25 MBBS and 14 BDS colleges participating in MP MBBS counselling. MP MBBS/BDS counselling 2023 will be conducted online in four rounds.

• Candidates will be asked to fill in their choices of courses and colleges during the MP NEET 2023 counselling session.

• For MP MBBS admission, students can fill in as many preferences as they wish.

• MP MBBS counselling 2023 will ask candidates to select the colleges they wish to apply to when filling out the choices. Candidates will have two options, namely a government college or a government college and a private college.

• Candidates will then have to indicate the order in which they want to take each course and which colleges they prefer.

• Applicants must lock their preferences after submitting their choices, otherwise, the choices will not be considered for MP MBBS 2023 seat allocation.

• After completion of the aforementioned steps, aspirants have to report at the allotted institute with the documents required for MBBS admission in MP.

• The MP MBBS/BDS seat allotment for 2023 will be conducted based on choices filled out, the NEET AIR results, and other factors.

• By logging in, students offered seats during the MP MBBS seat allotment will be able to download the seat allotment letter.

• The MP NEET seat allotment will be published at the official website. The MP MBBS 2023 seat allotment list will mention the details of the candidate, institute allotted, and course allotted.
