The last rank and corresponding marks of the aspirant who will be granted admission in medical or dental college will be considered as the All India Quota NEET 2019 cutoff MP. The cutoff list will be published based on the last candidate’s rank who will get admission after the second round of counselling.

DME, MP is the regulatory body which has released the cutoff of NEET MP 2019 in online mode. Dear aspirant, you don't need any domicile certificate for applying to 85% STATE QUOTA. As per the rules any student who has completed 10th and 12th from UP will not be required to provide domicile certificate during counselling.

Yes. According to the new criteria all students who want to appear for MBBS have to appear for NEET and there will be no separate tests for AIIMS and JIPMER. Admission in both the Institutions will be on the baiss of NEET score only. So the news you have heard is absolutely true.
