MP MBBS 2019 rank list is the basis for admission to undergraduate medical and dental courses offered by the government and private colleges of the state under 85% state quota seats. The remaining 15% seats will be reserved for All India Quota candidates, which will be filled by Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) using the marks scored in NEET UG 2019 exam. You have mentioned that you are from OBC category and have OBC NCL certificate. You can fill the NEET application form with either of the two OBC / UR. You have the OBC Non Creamy Layer certificate so you can fill OBC option to avail the benefits of this category. It doesn't matter much if you have the certificate of OBC NCL because lastly you have to show the certificate only as a document of proof.
