The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Madhya Pradesh releases the MP NEET application form 2024. As per the latest update, the authority closed MP NEET application form 2024 window. Eligible candidates could register and fill MP MBBS BDS application form 2024 till August 20, 2024.

NEET qualified candidates can fill MP MBBS 2024 application form. To fill out the MP MBBS application form 2024, candidates need to register themselves, enter their personal and academic details, upload the required documents, and pay the application fee. Applications for the MBBS/BDS program in Madhya Pradesh is accepted after payment of the application fees. After the conclusion of the registrations, the MP MBBS merit list is released which includes the names of the registered candidates. MP MBBS application form 2024: Eligibility criteria

Before applying for admission, candidates must read the MP NEET eligibility criteria in detail from the below mentioned points.

  • Age: Candidates must have attained a minimum 17 years of age as of December 31, 2024.

  • Domicile: Only Madhya Pradesh domicile candidates can fill the MP MBBS application form 2024.

  • Educational qualification: To apply for MP NEET admission, students must have passed class 12 (students appearing for class 12 final exams are also eligible).

  • Minimum marks required in class 12: Applicants must score at least 50% marks (general category) in class 12 to fill the application form of MP MBBS 2024.

  • Qualifying exam: For MP MBBS/BDS 2024 admission students need to qualify the NEET exam.

  • NEET 2024 cutoff: Candidates must qualify the exam with minimum NEET cutoff which is 50th percentile for general category.

Steps to fill MP MBBS application form 2024

MBBS/BDS applications for MP 2024 is released online by the authority. To apply for MP MBBS 2024, candidates need to provide personal, educational, contact information, and NEET-related information. Filling out an MP NEET 2024 application form involves six steps. Below are the steps for completing the application form for MP MBBS/BDS 2024.

How to fill MP NEET 2024 application form?

Candidates can fill out the MP NEET application form by following the step-by-step instructions below.

Step 1: Profile creation

Creating a profile is the first step in filling out the MP MBBS 2024 application form. Applicants must fill out MP MBBS/BDS application form 2024 in online mode.

  • Enter NEET 2024 roll number and password

  • Enter the secret keys of 12 digits, the captcha code, and click the 'create profile' option.

Note: The secret key is made up of the candidate's date of birth and NEET score. For example, if a candidate's DOB is 23/04/2000 and their NEET UG score is 58, the secret key is 200004230058.

Step 2: Registration

Candidates need to complete MP MBBS 2024 registration after creating their profiles. Aspirants must follow the below mentioned steps for MP NEET registration 2024.

  • Enter name, parents' names, date of birth, and gender
  • Fill in contact information, including your phone number, email address, and photo ID number
  • Submit bank account information and select the 'continue' option
  • A one-time password (OTP) will be sent to the registered mobile phone number
  • Enter the received OTP
  • Create a new password
  • Double-check the information and then click on the 'Verify and Save' button.

A pop-up notice appears on the screen indicating that the MP MBBS application form 2024 profile was successfully created.

Step 3: Filling of MP MBBS 2024 application form

In the MP NEET UG application form, candidates need to fill in the below-mentioned information. It must be noted that the authority does not consider applications with the incorrect information for MP NEET UG registration 2024.

  • Domicile: The MP MBBS 2024 application form asks candidates 'Are you a domicile of MP?'. If yes, candidates have to enter the reference number of their domicile certificate, date and place of issue, and designation of issuing officer.
  • Category details: Candidates must choose one of the following categories: UR, EWS, OBC, SC, or ST.
  • PWD details: In the MP NEET 2024 application form, candidates are asked, 'Are you physically handicapped as per the guidelines by NMC'.
  • Details for freedom fighters/Sainiks: In the MP MBBS/BDS 2024 application form, candidates who belong to the freedom fighter or Sainik class must select the 'yes' option.
  • Qualifying exam details: Candidates are asked to fill out the information about their class 12 examination, such as total scores, subjects studied, subject-wise marks achieved, and passing status.
  • Declaration: Read the declaration, accept it, and click on save data.

Step 4: Uploading of documents in the MP NEET application form

Applicants are required to upload the following documents in their documents required for MBBS admission in MP. In MP MBBS/BDS application form 2024, the documents must be uploaded by the instructions provided by the authority. Candidates are redirected to the payment window after clicking on the payment link, where they have to choose the payment method. The registration receipt for MP NEET form is generated once the fee has been paid. The candidate's responsibility is to check all details mentioned in the MP MBBS 2024 registration receipt. Candidates should download and print multiple copies of their registration receipts to keep for future reference.

Documents required

Candidates whose names are included in the allotment list, have to submit the original documents at the time of admission. Those who fail to produce the same are not eligible for MP MBBS admissions 2024. Candidates must submit the original document for the verification process.
