Age: Candidates must have attained a minimum of 17 years of age as of December 31, 2026.

Step 1: Profile creation
Creating a profile is the first step in filling out the MP MBBS 2026 application form. Applicants must fill out MP MBBS/BDS application form 2026 in online mode.
Enter NEET 2026 roll number and password
Enter the secret keys of 12 digits, the captcha code, and click the 'create profile' option.

Step 2: Registration
Candidates need to complete MP MBBS 2026 registration after creating their profiles. Aspirants must follow the steps mentioned below for MP NEET registration 2026.
Enter name, parents' names, date of birth, and gender
Fill in contact information, including your phone number, email address, and photo ID number
Submit bank account information and select the 'continue' option
A one-time password (OTP) will be sent to the registered mobile phone number
Enter the received OTP

Step 6: MBBS application form 2026: Registration receipt printout
