As per NMC (National Medical Commission) guidelines, candidates must obtain a disability certificate from one of the 12 designated NEET Disability Assessment Centers across India. the certificate must be issued in the prescribed NEET format with a valid UDID number. to be eligible for the PwD reservation, the disability percentge should be 40% or more and fall under the benchmark disabilities defined by NMC. evben if you have a state certificte, you must get it verified at an approved NEET disability center before participating in counselling.
