i score 540 in neet 2021 .can i get lowest mbbs seat in up? i am from general category..plz reply

Aditya Kumar Student Expert 17th Sep, 2021

Hi

It's quite difficult to predict because cut off  depends upon various factors like

------------) number of students that appeared in the neet exam,

------------) kind of marks obtained by them ,

------------)  toughness level of the neet examination

------------)  number of seats available etc

When we go through previous data then

>>>> With 540 marks,

You hold  a  low chance in an mbbs seat in a Government Medical College

For example,

in neet  2020, 610 marks for general category was the cut off marks  to get a seat in Govt. Medical College   under UP  state quota and it was for Autonomous State Medical College and Associated Teaching Hospital, Bahraich

You can check the same at

https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-up/amp

You have chances in private medical college under UP state quota which are listed below with their 2020 cut off for mbbs seat  :-

----------) Subharti Medical College, Meerut:- 416 marks

----------)Hind Institute of Medical Sciences, Barabanki :- 404 marks

----------) School of Medical Sciences and Research, Greater Noida - 448 marks

And a few more

Above prediction is on the basis of past year data but  cutoff keeps changing every year depending upon many factors as mentioned earlier, so to have a clear picture of the colleges in which you have chances and

to get the complete list of colleges in which you have chances, you can go through our college predictor at

https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer

It gives you a personalized report with top college in which you have chances for admission , with the help of predicted colleges you can make better choice while filling your choices of colleges during your counselling

I am getting 548 marks in neet 2021. Is there any chance to get All india quota mbbs seat.

Priya Bansal 17th Sep, 2021

Hi Manjusha!

Congratulations on your score! You have done well. You haven’t mentioned your category or state quota so I am going to assume you’re in UR category.

As per the past year trends, it might be a little difficult to grab a UR seat at this score. However let’s hope for the best and prepared for the worst. I would suggest you to wait till the results are announced. Once you have your rank in your hand, you will get a clearer picture.

In the meanwhile, I suggest you to relax and take a break. Also research on various colleges in India. Use the link below to get an approximate rank and check what is available at that rank as per the trends.

Wishing you the best of luck!

is all the branch of Allen have same system and materials or there is difference between them ? I am very confused which coaching institute should I join for neet 2022

Md Qutubuddin Ansari 17th Sep, 2021

Hello,

I hope you are doing well, All branches of Allen Provide the same study material. If you are focused on cracking neet then it does not matter which coaching institute you go with at the end it depends on you how hard you try to stand out. You can look for coaching that suits your economic condition. and if your economic condition is not that good and still want to prepare for NEET then you can go for the online courses provided by PhysicsWallah (No one was there to tell me about this one when i was in 12th standard). It is great platform where they will prepare you for NEET and JEE with very low cost.

I hope you find this information helpful. I wish you all the best for your future.

Good Luck

I want to know about katihar medical collage cuttoff my neet marks is 333 .sir/Maam I will get admission

Rajeev Anand 17th Sep, 2021

Dear aspirant

Katihar medical College is the best private medical college in bihar state.

So for that it is somewhat low score. You should have scored 400+ marks then you have safe chances.

Last year cut off for this college in second round was around 1.5 lakh all India rank. So if your rank stayed below that in neet2021 then you have good chances otherwise less chance in this particular College.

Although you will get other private mbbs colleges at this mark easily.

Use NEET UG college predictor tool to know your other admission possibilities for MBBS, BDS & Ayush courses.
