The state counselling authority, DMET, Lucknow will release the NEET 2019 cutoff UP for state quota seats, while Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) on behalf of Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will release the cutoff for All India Quota seats. Candidates who will qualify the NEET UG entrance exam will be eligible for admission to 3920 MBBS and 2251 BDS seats offered in government and private colleges of Uttar Pradesh. Only the NEET 2019 qualified candidates will be included in the state merit list released by DMET, Lucknow. The merit list of UP MBBS 2019 will be released in the third week of June containing the state merit rank, NEET rank, scores, name of applicants and other details. Based on the UP MBBS state merit rank, students will be called for counselling process. The authority will conduct the UP MBBS 2019 counselling process in two rounds.

Types of UP NEET 2019 Cutoff
The cutoff of UP MBBS 2019 is used for admission to medical and dental colleges under the following quota:
15% All India Quota seats
85% State Quota seats
NEET 2019 Cutoff UP for 85% State Quota seats
DMET, Lucknow is the responsible authority for releasing the cutoff of NEET UP 2019 in online mode. UP MBBS NEET cutoff 2019 will be released for each category including General (unreserved), SC/ST/OBC (reserved) and PwD aspirants. The last rank of an aspirant who will get admitted in the respective college will be considered in the NEET cutoff 2019 UP as per their respective category.
The cutoff marks and score for 85% State Quota seats of Uttar Pradesh state will be in accordance with the reservation criteria laid down by the authorities. There will be approximately 1,673 seats available under 85% State Quota. The authorities will be releasing different cutoff marks and ranks for categories like General Open Category (GNOP), Backward Caste Open Category (BCOP), Schedule Caste Open Category (SCOP), and Scheduled Tribe Open Category (STOP).

MCC will publish the cutoff of UP MBBS 2019 for the students selected under 15% All India Quota seats. The category-wise cutoff will be released in online mode only. The last rank and corresponding marks of an aspirant who will be granted admission in medical or dental college will be considered as the All India Quota NEET 2019 cutoff UP. The cutoff list will be published based on the last candidate’s rank who will get admission after the second round of counselling.

It is generally advised to go through NCERT Books because most of the questions asked are from NCERT. If you complete NCERT Books then almost 85-90% questions will be asked from this book only so you will be having better chances of scoring.

Dear Sudipta, NTA hasn't released any official notification regarding NEET 2020 yet. However it has released an official schedule. From 2020. the admission to AIIMS and JIPMER also will be through NEET scores. So NEET will be conducted for approximately 1,10,000 MBBS seats in Medical Colleges across India.
