Hello, To be eligible for the 85% Assam state quota in NEET counselling, you must meet strict domicile and academic rules. The most important requirement is residency: you or your parent(s) must have lived in Assam continuously for at least 20 years and you must possess a valid Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC).
Alongside this, you must have also completed your schooling in Assam, specifically studying from Class 7 to Class 12 in a recognized institution within the state. Academically, you must qualify the NEET-UG exam and have passed your 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English, securing the minimum aggregate marks set by the state (often 60% for General and 50% for reserved categories).

Hello,
Nahi, NEET ke pehle aap government medical college ka form directly fill nahi kar sakte. Sabhi government MBBS/BDS admissions sirf NEET exam ke scores aur counselling process ke through hi hote hain.
Pehle aapko NEET dena hota hai, fir result ke baad state ya All India counselling (MCC) ke form fill karne hote hain. Uske baad hi college allotment hota hai.
Hope you understand.
