The state counselling authority will commence the Jharkhand MBBS/BDS admission 2019 in the second week of June, with the release of online application form. You can try in Government medical college haldwani, governmemt medical college bhilwara, government medical college pali, ESI PGIMSR chennai, belagavi institute of medical sciences, rajmata vijaya raje.

No this will not create any problem as aadhar is still optional in most of the cases and where it is mandatory it is not that hard checked for spelling and surnames.
