NEET 2019 Cutoff AFMC - The Armed Forces Medical College, Pune has released NEET Cutoff 2019 AFMC on June 28. AFMC cutoff of NEET 2019 has been issued with the release of AFMC MBBS merit list. It is important to note that AFMC do not take admission solely on the basis of NEET UG like other states. AFMC has its own counselling process in which the authorities has conducted screening test. However, only the marks scored by the candidates in NEET 2019 were also considered for determining the NEET 2019 cutoff AFMC as the counselling process includes subjective tests like Psychological Assessment Test (PAT), ToELR and Personal Interview and the marks of the candidates in these tests cannot be used for stipulating cutoff. There are 145 seats available for AFMC admission among which 115 seats are reserved for male candidates and 30 seats are reserved for female candidates. AFMC cutoff of NEET 2019 has been released in online mode, however, the counselling process has been conducted in offline mode. About NEET 2019 Cutoff AFMC
AFMC cutoff of NEET 2019 includes the least marks obtained by the candidate who has been selected for counselling of AFMC MBBS 2019. NEET cutoff AFMC given here is the previous year NEET score of last male and female candidates who was considered for AFMC MBBS counselling. The marks scored by candidates in the screening tests conducted by the authorities are not included since they are subjective tests. The cutoff marks is an approximate score to get admission to AFMC, Pune. However, it must be noted that the cutoff score fluctuates every year since it depends on factors like the number of seats, the number of candidates who have qualified NEET 2019 and have applied for AFMC MBBS admission etc.

AFMC MBBS Counselling 2019
Candidates applying to AFMC must understand the counselling procedure of the institution. AFMC MBBS counselling 2019 includes ToELR (Test of English Language Comprehension & Logical Reasoning), document verification, Psychological Assessment Test (PAT), medical examination and Personal Interview by the Board of Officers. ToELR carried 80 marks and these marks were added with the maximum marks of NEET i.e. 720 marks. The total of 800 marks was divided by 4 and a score out of 200 marks has been added with the marks scored in the personal interview. The interview carried 50 marks and a total of 250 marks was considered for admission to AFMC MBBS. AFMC cutoff of NEET 2019 is computed on the basis of NEET 2019 score.

The authorities has announced the AFMC MBBS merit list 2019 which included candidates who are eligible for the screening tests or the AFMC MBBS 2019 counselling process. AFMC has also released the cutoff score for those candidates who are eligible to participate in the counselling process. It is a possibility that candidates who have scored more in NEET might not get admission whereas the ones who have scored less do. It depends on the performance of the candidates in the screening tests. So, yes NEET will be the only entrance test conducted for admission to MBBS
Yes, you are eligible to write NEET from UP, even though you want to take admission in a college of Delhi. The admission is taken on the basis of your marks and rank, so it does not matter from which state you have given the exam. But you won't get the benefit of state quota.
