Questions related to NEET
I have scored 550 in neet 2020. can I get a govt mbbs seat in 2nd round counselling in west bengal
There are quite less chances for you to get a seat in government medical college (if you are from OC category). I cannot promise you that you will get a seat but there are chances. But there are high chances for you to get a seat in private and deemed colleges. This year's competition is quite high even the one who got 584 in OC category did not get a medical government seat. If you are desperate about a government medical college then take 2021's NEET. Even the one who got 720/720 was taking NEET for the second time. Do mention about your category for more help.
ALL THE BEST, Hope the answer was of some help.
I have scored 543 in neet 2020 . can i get some govt mbbs seat in 2nd round counselling in west bengal
As of now its tough to say which college you can get because the cutoff changes every year with college and this year the cutoff went high and also few seats have increased.but with previous year analysis, your rank and category we can find you possibiltites into colleges.as you did not mention your category, considering you as GEN student you can have chances in:
coochbehar govt medical college -lastyear cutoff-518
diamond harbour govt college-last year cutoff-526
IQ city medical college-last year cutoff-512
icare institute of medical science and research-last year cutoff-508
jagannath gupta institute of medical sciences-last year cutoff-509
kpc medical college-last year cutoff-519
raiganj govt medical colllege-last year cutoff-519
and few other.note that these cutoffs are last year data.this year the cutoff went up by 30-40 marks more so your chances to college may differ.cutoffschange due to many factors like total number of st udents, diffulty leveletc.for more info about cutoofs check: https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-west-bengal

I have done my tenth and twelth from jharkhand and my parents belong to Bihar so I have filled the state quota form for both states so should I quit any one of the counseling for neet
Since you have done your 10th and 12th from Jharkhand State, it directly implies you become eligible by default for the Home State Category in Jharkhand State Medical Counselling.
As far as Bihar State Government Counselling is concerned, you are only eligible for the Domicile Advantage, only if you have a Valid Domicile Certificate to your name issued by the State or District Administration, or if your permanent Address is in Bihar State on all your Documents.
i get 431 mark in neet 2020 obs category can i got any mbbs college
Since you have not mentioned your home state so considering it as MP according to your profile.
On such marks and category you have very low chances of getting any medical college for MBBS in MP under state quota counselling according to previous year's cut-off. As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that last year the lowest cut-off marks was 459 for Index Medical College Indore under state quota for OBC category.
You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the link given below :-
But yes you can try for direct admission provided that you must have appeared in NEET Counselling and unable to secure any seat through it.
Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your marks, category, and state you can use NEET College Predictor because it will make you comfortable while choice filling in counselling :-
I hope this information helps you.
