KGMU BSc nursing Counselling 2025: Detailed Procedure

Submission of Non-Refundable Fee

To register for the KGMU BSc nursing counselling process, candidates are required to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs. 300. have to be submitted through Bank Draft in favour of ‘Finance officer, KGMU, payable at Lucknow, at the time of counselling. This Bank Draft of KGMU BSc nursing 2025 counselling fee is to be presented at the time of counselling registration.

Deposit of Seat Confirmation Fee

After the allocation of KGMU BSc nursing seat during the counselling session, candidates must present a separate Bank Draft amounting to Rs. 5,000 payable to the 'Finance Officer, KGMU', and this draft should also be payable at KGMU, Lucknow. This sum serves as a seat confirmation fee and must be submitted at the time of counselling, once the KGMU BSc nursing seat allocation is made.

Seat Confirmation Fee Refund Policy

The seat confirmation fee of Rs. 5,000 shall be fully refunded to the candidate upon their successful admission in any one of the Nursing Courses. However, in cases where a candidate chooses a seat but then decides not to enroll, the University reserves the right to forfeit the seat confirmation fee.
