The National Testing Agency (NTA) is expected to issue the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test 2025 (NEET) admit card soon on its official website at neet.nta.nic.in. As per the marking scheme, candidates will be awarded four marks for each correct response, whereas one mark will be deducted for each wrong answer. Notably, no marks will be allotted for unanswered queries.

Candidates after downloading must follow some important instructions which are mentioned below -
Upon downloading the NEET UG admit card, candidates should carefully verify all details on the admit card. In case of discrepancies, students should contact the NTA helpline immediately.
The admit card is a compulsory document for entry into the examination hall. Without it, candidates will not be permitted to appear for the exam. Along with the admit card of NEET 2025, candidates must carry a valid photo ID proof (such as an Aadhaar card, PAN card, voter ID, passport, or driving license) to the NEET exam centre.
Students are required to paste a passport and postcard-size photo in the NEET admit card 2025. Candidates must note that these photographs should be similar to the one uploaded while filling up the NEET application form 2025. The same photographs are also required during the NEET counselling.
Students should strictly reach the NEET exam centre well before the reporting time mentioned on the admit card to ensure a smooth entry process. Latecomers may not be allowed entry.
