The first section of the NEET admit card undertaking 2024 is the declaration by the candidate. Through declaration in the NEET admit card undertaking, the authority will ask the candidates to self-declare that they have read the NEET UG guidelines and instructions as given on page 3 of the NEET admit card and abide by the same, in the NEET 2024 admit card undertaking declaration students will also declare that they have gone through the NEET information brochure released by NTA.
The declaration reads, “I have read the instructions, guidelines, and information bulletin, instructions and notices related to this examination available on the website: neet.ntaonline.in and exams.nta.ac.in/NEET/. I have read the detailed 'important instructions for candidates' as given on page 3 and I undertake to abide by the same."
In the NTA NEET 2024 admit card undertaking, candidates will be asked to confirm that they have read the NEET UG guidelines and instructions as given on page 3 of the NEET admit card and abide by the same.
In the NTA NEET 2024 admit card undertaking, candidates need to affix their postcard-size photo for NEET. The photograph should be the same as uploaded in the NEET application form. Along with the photo, candidates will have to put their left-hand thumb impression and get their parent’s signature on the NEET admit card undertaking 2024. Candidates will have to sign the NEET admit card undertaking in the presence of the invigilator at the exam centre. Reporting time: Candidates should reach the NEET 2024 exam centre as per the reporting time mentioned on the admit card. No student will be allowed to enter the NEET exam centre 2024 after the closing of the gates.
Items allowed: In addition to mandatory documents, students are allowed to carry personal transparent water bottles, transparent hand sanitiser bottles, additional photographs, PwD certificates and scribe-related documents if applicable inside the NEET test centre.
Banned items: Candidates must ensure that they do not carry any of the prohibited items to the exam centre on NEET exam 2024 day. Banned items include stationery, electronic devices, eatables, accessories, jewellery, and bags.

If you are planning to appear for NEET in 2025, and continue you education after 2 years of passing, it wouldn't be possible. Your application, score and rank of the 2025 exam will not be counted after a year or two. In this case, you have to re-appear for the NEET Exam in 2027.
