A candidate applying for Maharashtra MBBS 2025 must have completed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English as core subjects, from a state-run school/institute.
Minimum marks required:
A minimum score of 50% is needed in the qualifying class 12 examination for candidates from the UR category, whereas a minimum score of 40% is required for candidates from the reserved category. For applicants under the UR PWD category, 45% is required to apply for Maharashtra MBBS/BDS 2023.

Step 1: Maharashtra MBBS registration 2025
As part of the application process, candidates must provide their personal information, including their name, parent's name, date of birth, nationality, and, if they are NRI, gender, and minority information. Additionally, applicants must enter their complete address, mobile number, and active email address in the Maharashtra NEET UG 2025 application form.
Step 2: Filling NEET UG 2025 related details
Candidates need to fill in NEET 2025 details since Maharashtra MBBS admissions will be based on UG medical entrance exams. Candidates must enter their roll number, application number, score, percentile, and NEET 2025 All India Rank on the Maharashtra MBBS/BDS application form.
Step 3: Entering educational details in Maharashtra MBBS 2025 application form
As part of the Maharashtra MBBS/BDS application form 2025, the candidate will be required to provide their qualifying status in class 12, the year they passed, the roll number, what subjects they studied, their marks, and the state or district where they studied class 10 and 12.

Step 6: Uploading the documents

Step 7: Printout of Maharashtra MBBS/BDS 2025 application form
As soon as candidates submit all the details, they must log in to mahacet.org to check their Maharashtra MBBS application form. Candidates must enter their application number and password to log in. After logging in, candidates should download and print the Maharashtra NEET application form 2025.
Candidates whose names will be included in the allotment list need to submit the original documents for the verification process. Candidates who fail to submit the same will not be eligible for Maharashtra MBBS 2025 admission. The list of documents has been mentioned above.
The Maharashtra NEET counselling registration form for round 1 will be released once the NEET 2025 result is declared and the merit list is released.
