Maharashtra MBBS Application Form 2018 – The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Mumbai, has released the Maharashtra MBBS 2018 application form on June 7, 2018. The candidates will be able to fill the application form of Maharashtra MBBS 2018 till June 17 and complete the offline payment till June 18, 2018. Maharashtra MBBS application form 2018 has been released in online mode. The candidates who want to apply for 85% State Quota seats of Maharashtra state must check the eligibility criteria as stated by the conducting authority and then fill the application form of Maharashtra MBBS 2018. Only the candidates who have successfully submitted the Maharashtra MBBS 2018 application form are eligible for inclusion in the provisional merit list of Maharashtra MBBS 2018 which will be published on June 19, 2018.

Maharahstra MBBS BDS Eligibility Criteria 2018
General Eligibility – The candidate must be a citizen of India/OCI. The aspirants should be medically fit to pursue the respective course. NRI candidates will be only eligible for seats available under institutional quota.
Domicile – The candidate must be a domicile of Maharashtra state to be eligible to fill Maharashtra MBBS 2018 application form. The OCI candidates can also show that they have stayed in the state for 10 years if they do not have a domicile certificate.
Age criteria – The candidate should be born on or between May 7, 1993 (1988 in the case of reserved categories) and on or before January 1, 2002 to be eligible.
Academic qualification – The candidates must fulfill the following academic qualifications to fill Maharashtra MBBS application form 2018 -
The candidate must complete Class 10 or equivalent examination from an institute located in Maharashtra state.
The candidate must complete Class 12 or equivalent examination from an institute situated in the state of Maharashtra.
The candidate must have scored qualifying marks in English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology in Class 12 or equivalent examination.
The candidate must have scored at least 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology in aggregate which means 150 marks out of 300 if he/she belongs to the Unreserved or Open category of Maharashtra state. For Reserved category and PwD candidates belonging to reserved category, the minimum qualifying percentage is 40%. For PwD candidates belonging to open category, it is 45%.

Highlights of Maharashtra MBBS BDS Application Form 2018
The authorities will be communicating via email if needed. Therefore, the candidates should have a valid email ID when filling the Maharashtra MBBS 2018 application form.
The candidates must check the eligibility criteria of Maharashtra MBBS 2018 before filling the application form.
The candidates will not be allowed to change their details if they have clicked on the submit button. Therefore, the aspirants are advised to fill their correct details and recheck them before submission.
The documents should not be submitted along with the application form of Maharashtra MBBS 2018. The candidates will be called for document verification session after the successful submission of Maharashtra MBBS application form 2018.
The aspirants are only required to submit one Maharashtra MBBS 2018 application form. If in case they have submitted more than one application form then their money will not be refunded and all the application forms will be cancelled. Such candidates will become ineligible for Maharashtra MBBS 2018 admission.
Submission of Reservation Details
The candidates belonging to any constitutional reservation category of Maharashtra state like Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Vimukta Jati/Denotified Tribes (VJ/DT) - A, Nomadic Tribes (NT) - B, Nomadic Tribes (NT) - C, Nomadic Tribes (NT) - D, Other Backward Classes (OBC) should submit their details such as whether their caste certificate is valid or not. The candidates belonging to OBC category should be from Non Creamy Layer. The PwD candidates should mention their percentage of disability. The candidates are also required to submit which centre they want to choose for document verification session amongst the ones mentioned below:

Submission of Password
The candidates must submit a password which they are advised to remember because the candidates will be required to login the next time with this very password. After the submission of the password, the candidates must click on submit details because the details will be only considered final after clicking on submit button.
Payment of Fee
The candidates have to submit a fee of Rs. 1,060 for the successful submission of Maharashtra MBBS 2018 application form wherein INR 1,000 is the administrative charge and INR 60 is the bank charge. The application fee will be submitted in the form of Bank Challan at State Bank of India (SBI) and can be done till June 18, 2018. The candidates should preserve a copy of Bank Challan for reference.
