NRI aspirants will be eligible to fill the Maharashtra NEET 2021 form for only institutional quota. Under the institutional quota, candidates will be allotted 15% seats in private unaided colleges.
Domicile:
To apply for Maharashtra MBBS 2021, candidates should be a domicile of Maharashtra state or staying in the state for a minimum of 10 years.
NRI, OCI, and Outside Maharashtra Students can apply for institutional quota seats.
Age:
Candidates born on or before December 31, 2021 are eligible to fill the Maharashtra MBBS application form 2021.

Qualification:

The central caste certificate is only vaild for the availability of 15% All India Quota. The criteria for reservation in state quota depends on the rules of state governing bodies. To get home state quota, you need certificate of that state, or you need to apply for All India quota, or outside students quota.
