Bihar MBBS Counselling 2019 - Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB), Patna has released a notice for conducting the second mop-up round counselling of Bihar MBBS/BDS 2019. The merit list for 2nd mop-up round Bihar MBBS 2019 counselling will be released on September 10, while the counselling will start on September 12 from 10:00 AM onwards. Candidates who will be allotted a seat during Bihar MBBS/BDS 2019 counselling must report at the respective colleges for admission to dental colleges of the state.

For all the government medical and dental colleges across India, 15% seats will be reserved for candidates selected under All India Quota. The counselling for AIQ seats, central and deemed universities will be done by Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) on the basis of scores in NEET 2019.

Bihar MBBS counselling is conducted by BCECEB, Patna in offline mode for admission to 1125 MBBS and 243 BDS seats offered by government and private colleges located in the state.
The regulatory body organises two rounds of Bihar MBBS counselling 2019. In case of any vacant seats left, the mop-up round will also be conducted.
The seat allotment process is done on the basis of rank in Bihar MBBS merit list 2019 and preferences selected. Therefore, students are advised to fill the choices as per their scores mentioned in NEET result 2019.
The relevant documents must be carried along with the printout of filled in Bihar MBBS 2019 application form for verification purpose.
Before the counselling process, the registered aspirants must provide their choices of colleges and courses, in which they want to get admission.
In order to fill the choices, the students must enter login using their UGMAC ID and password created at the time of Bihar MBBS registration.
After logging in, aspirants must click on “submit the option” button available on the screen. They can enter as many number of preferences as they want.
Candidates who are included in the Bihar MBBS 2019 merit list are eligible to appear for offline seat allotment procedure.

Hey, actually you are having 45% in PCB but according to the data, it says students with 50% minimum in class 12th are eligible (GENERAL) category.
therefore , if you are having a minimum of 50% overall in class 12th ,then YES you are eligible to appear for the exam,but the selection chances are very low ;(

Yes dear Neet is compulsory to get into all medical college of India, so yes neet is mandatory to qualify for ACSR Government Medical College, Nellore, and all the medical colleges of India whether its private or government.
