The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) is the authority that conducts the Bihar NEET UG counselling. NEET UG qualified candidates are eligible to participate in the Bihar MBBS counselling. Candidates will have to fill out the Bihar NEET application form 2025 to appear in the counselling process. Eligible aspirants must apply for Bihar NEET counselling 2025 on or before the last date at the official website. After the Bihar NEET application process is concluded, the authorities release the Bihar MBBS merit list. Candidates whose names are mentioned in the merit list can participate in the Bihar state counselling NEET UG 2025. During the counselling process, candidates need to fill in their preferences for courses and colleges. Based on the choices filled by the candidates, NEET state merit position, availability of seats, reservation criteria, and other factors, the Bihar NEET admission is done.
After the declaration of the BCECE NEET UG counselling result for each round, document verification is conducted for qualified candidates. The Bihar NEET UG counselling 2025 official website is bceceboard.bihar.gov.in. Candidates can fill in their choices and perform other counselling procedures through the Bihar NEET UG counselling official website.
Before the commencement of the counselling process, the registered candidates must fill in their choices of colleges and courses, they wish to get admission.
To fill in the choices, candidates need to log in using their UGMAC ID and password created at the time of Bihar MBBS registration.
After logging in, candidates need to click on the 'Submit the option' button, which is made available on the screen. Aspirants can enter multiple preferences at once.
Only the aspirants who are incorporated in the Bihar MBBS 2025 merit list are permitted to appear for the offline seat allotment process.
The administration also includes the release dates for the Bihar MBBS seat allotment 2025 process.
For every candidate, it is compulsory to register and fill out the choices for the Bihar NEET 2025 counselling according to the date and time given by the authority.
The verification of the required documents is done after the seat allotment. Therefore, every candidate must carry the list of relevant documents for verification purposes.
On the grounds of the Bihar MBBS state merit rank, preferences of colleges/courses, availability of seats in a particular college, reservation criteria, and other factors, the seats to medical and dental colleges are allotted.
Separate counselling is conducted for candidates belonging to various categories.
The authority will release the seat allotment result for both rounds once the Bihar state NEET UG counselling 2025 is over.
Candidates allotted seats after Bihar MBBS/BDS counselling 2025 need to report to the designated colleges/institutions for document verification and completion of the admission process on or before the last date.
To fill the Bihar NEET UG 2025 choice filling and locking, aspirants can follow the steps.
Log in to your registered account using your registration ID and password.
Find the "Choice Filling" or "Preference Entry" link and click on it.
A list of available medical and dental colleges through along with their courses and seat quotas, is displayed.
Candidates can select and prioritise their preferred colleges and courses. Candidates can enter multiple choices in the order of their preference.
Aspirants must make sure to save their choices after entering them. Choice can be modified as many times as candidates want within the specified time frame.
It is advised that candidates carefully choose their preferences based on their NEET score, rank, and the availability of seats in different colleges and courses.
After finalising the choices, candidates must review their selected options.
Once candidates are confident about their choices, click on the "Lock Choices" or "Submit" button. This step is crucial as it confirms preferences for the Bihar NEET counselling process 2025.
Once the choices are locked, candidates won't be able to make any further changes.
