The Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (BOPEE) conducts the JKBOPEE NEET counselling 2024. As per the latest update, the authority has announced special stray vacancy round counselling seat allotment result. Candidates who have been granted seats in special stray round counselling need to report at the allotted institutes on or before November 1. It must be noted that only those candidates are eligible for the counselling process who have successfully filled the J&K NEET application form and are included in the state merit list. The authority prepares J&K MBBS/BDS merit list based on the scores obtained by the candidates in NEET examination. During the counselling process, candidates need to fill their choice of course and colleges. J&K MBBS seat allotment 2024 is done based on the NEET 2024 scores, preferences made by the candidates, availability of seats, reservation criteria and other factors.

Through NEET 2024 scores, admission to 1309 MBBS/AYUSH and 229 BDS seats of government and private colleges of Jammu and Kashmir will be granted. Before the commencement of the J&K MBBS 2024 counselling, a mock exercise is conducted by authorities to familiarise applicants with the process of the same.
Only registered medical aspirants included in the state merit list are eligible to participate in the J&K MBBS counselling process. Candidates can go through the steps for J&K NEET counselling 2024 below.

Candidates have to login into the applicant portal by using their login credentials which were earlier used while filling the application form of J&K MBBS 2024.
Candidates must fill the choices of preferences of courses and colleges.
Medical aspirants are advised to choose as many options as they want while filling the preferences in the counselling process of J&K NEET MBBS.
Candidates are also be provided with the option of deleting and rearranging the choices which they have made.
It is mandatory for applicants to fill at least one preference discipline/college during the choice filling of J&K MBBS counselling 2024 failing to which candidates are not allowed to participate in the further admission process.
The authority publish the result of J&K MBBS counselling 2024 based on the preferences of courses and colleges filled, available seats and reservation criteria. After completion of every round of counselling, the result for each J&K MBBS 2024 counselling is published separately. Candidates are advised to take a print out of the counselling result of J&K MBBS for future use.
Candidates who are allotted seats through J&K MBBS counselling 2024 in the medical colleges in J & K have to report to the designated colleges within the given time duration with all the relevant documents to proceed further in the admission process. Candidates failing to report within the due dates are not considered eligible for the further J&K MBBS/BDS admission process.

Candidates possessing outstanding proficiency in sports (SP) issued by Secretary, J&K Sports Council must submit a Sports category certificate.
The authority conduct a mock round of J&K MBBS 2024 counselling to give a basic idea of the counselling procedure to the candidates for admission to dental colleges in J&K.
Candidates targeting the J&K NEET admission, are advised to refer to the previous year’s merit list to have an idea about the merit score and also to boost the preparation.
Aspirants should select their most preferred choice first along with the college of preference followed by the second, third, fourth and so on for a particular course while filling the preferences form in J&K NEET MBBS counselling 2024 rounds.
Candidates must pay J&K MBBS 2024 counselling fee.
After the submission of the J&K NEET counselling preference form, candidates must download and take print out of at least one copy of the preference form.
