HP MBBS Counselling 2018 – Himachal Pradesh University (HPU), Shimla is conducting HP NEET MBBS 2018 counselling. The second round of counselling has postponed until further notice is released by HPU. The notification on the official website read, "Schedule of 2nd round of counseling for admission to MBBS/BDS 2018 has been postponed. Next date of 2nd round of counseling will be announced very shortly on the university website." The process of first round of HP MBBS counselling 2018 was held from June 29 to July 5, 2018. HP MBBS counselling 2018 is conducted in offline mode. There are two rounds of counselling for Himachal MBBS 2018 followed by a mop-up round. An additional round of HP MBBS 2018 counselling will also be held, if in case, seats are left vacant.
Candidates are required to report at the HP University Auditorium, Shimla on the given dates. Only the candidates whose names have been included in the state merit list released on June 25, 2018 are eligible to attend HP MBBS counselling 2018. The counselling is conducted for the state quota seats which includes 630 medical and 191 dental seats in the private and government colleges. The candidates will have to undergo the process of filling up of application form of HP MBBS 2018 in order to be included in the merit list for counselling sessions published by the authorities. The NEET UG 2018 score and the preference of the candidates while filling up the application form, both, will be taken into consideration while granting admission of students to HP MBBS 2018.

HP NEET MBBS BDS Counselling 2018 - Highlights
HP MBBS BDS 2018 counselling is conducted in an offline mode.
Admission to HP MBBS BDS 2018 is based on the NEET 2018 UG exam score so candidates are advised to put in their preferences based on their scores.
Candidates were required to fill in the HP MBBS BDS application form 2018 in order to be able to attend the counselling process.
The authorities have published a merit list of all the eligible candidates who have been shortlisted for the counselling for HP MBBS BDS 2018 and candidates should ensure they report to the counselling venue on the date allotted to them.

The candidates were required to visit the official website of HP MBBS BDS 2018 and register themselves for filling up the application form
Candidates were required to fill in their preferences for the institutes while filling up the application form.
The authorities have published the merit list of HP MBBS BDS 2018 containing names of all the candidates who are eligible to attend the process of counselling.
Candidates are required to report to the specified venue on the scheduled date and time with all the relevant documents.
The authorities will verify the documents and grant candidates admission to HP MBBS BDS 2018 accordingly.
