The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) cell conducts the Odisha MBBS counselling on the official website: ojee.nic.in. According to the latest update, the authority has released the revised seat matrix for the stray round of Odisha NEET Counselling. The stray round of Odisha MBBS counselling is scheduled to be conducted on November 13, 2025 and November 14, 2025, from 10:00 AM. The Odisha NEET 2025 counselling is conducted based on scores obtained in NEET. For the Odisha MBBS/BDS counselling 2025 a total of three rounds are conducted, followed by a stray vacancy round for admission to medical and dental colleges in the state. Candidates have to register themselves for the Odisha MBBS 2025 counselling. After registration, the authority conducts a document verification process. Registration
- Candidates need to go the official website: ojee.nic.in
- To participate in the Odisha NEET counselling 2025, candidates have to register themselves
- While filling out the Odisha MBBS 2025 application form, aspirants have to register by providing their personal, academic and all other requisite details
- After entering the details, candidates have to create a unique login credential, which is sent to the registered mobile number
Odisha NEET counselling 2025 choice filling and locking
- After the registrations, candidates have to log in to their portals.
- Students then have to fill in their courses and college preferences.
- After filling out their choices, candidates have to lock their choices before the last date.
Seat allotment process
- Candidates are allotted seats in the Odisha MBBS admission 2025 based on the preferences filled, seats available, merit rank, and reservation category.
- The result of the Odisha NEET 2025 counselling is announced by the OJEE, Odisha.
- Before reporting at the college, candidates must download their admission letter.
- Candidates have to give their willingness to "freeze" and "float" their allotted MBBS/BDS seat.
- Candidates satisfied with the allotted seat can opt for the freeze option, followed by uploading of documents, payment of the application fee, and reporting to the allotted college.
- Candidates wishing to participate in further rounds of Odisha NEET counselling to upgrade their course/college have to opt for the float option.
- Such candidates are either allotted an upgraded seat based on their choice, rank, and availability of seats, or their original seat, allotted in round one, is retained.
