Once the NEET 2025 results are declared, candidates need to follow the below mentioned steps to their scorecards:
Visit the official NEET website: neet.nta.nic.in.
Click on the link ‘NEET-UG 2025 Result’.
Enter your NEET application number, Date of Birth and security pin.
Click on the ‘Submit’ button.
NEET UG 2025 scorecard will be displayed on the screen.
Download and print the scorecard for future reference.

This kind of name order difference between your Class 10 marksheet and Aadhaar is quite common and usually does not cause serious issues for NEET 2026 . While filling the NEET form, always enter your name exactly as it appears on the Class 10 marksheet, since it is the main reference document.
