Analysis: SC candidates have 18 reserved seats, leading to lower cutoffs. The 2024 closing rank was around 990, a slight increase from 900 in 2023. For NEET 2025, ranks below 1,000 are expected, corresponding to 700+ marks

2024 Closing rank: ~1,650
Analysis: With 9 seats for ST, the ST category cutoffs are among the lowest for AIIMS Delhi. The 2024 rank was around 1,650, up from 1,400 in 2023. For 2025, ranks in the 1,600–1,700 range are expected for which candidates may be required to score 690 - 700 marks.
