Chandigarh NEET PG Counselling 2024 - Dates, Choice Filling, Seat Allotment

Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), Chandigarh is responsible for conducting NEET PG counselling 2024 for eligible aspirants. The authority conducts the Chandigarh 50% state quota counselling based on applicant scores in NEET PG 2024. A link to download the Chandigarh NEET PG counselling 2024 will be provided here.
This NEET PG counselling process is for admission to MD and MS courses offered in the state. There will be three rounds of counselling for Chandigarh NEET PG 2024, which may vary depending on the availability of course-wise vacant seats. After the release of Chandigarh NEET PG provisional merit list, the candidates whose names are included in it will have to attend the document verification process.
Candidates will be invited to fill and lock their choices for courses and colleges based on their Chandigarh NEET 2024 merit rank. Admission to Chandigarh NEET 2024 will be granted based on the choices filled, seat availability, merit rank, and reservation category. For Chandigarh MD/MS admission 2024, aspirants must report to their allocated seats within the specified dates and times. Chandigarh NEET PG 2024 eligibility criteria
To apply for the PG courses, candidates must carefully read the eligibility criteria for both MD and MS programs. After reviewing all the details, they should register by filling out the Chandigarh NEET PG admission form. The eligibility criteria are as follows:
Candidates must have completed MBBS from a recognized board or deemed university.
Candidates who have completed MBBS from any institution recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI) and whose parents hold a resident certificate.
It is mandatory to complete a compulsory rotatory residential internship within the stipulated date as stated by NMC.
The candidate should be registered with the State Medical Council or the Medical Council of India.

NEET PG reservation is the quota rule which is applied while allocating seats through NEET PG 2024 counselling. Candidates of both reserved and unreserved categories will be allocated seats as per the existing rule and regulations of NEET PG reservation system. Chandigarh NEET PG 2024 admission
NEET PG qualified candidates seeking Chandigarh NEET PG 2024 admission must fill out the application form available online. Chandigarh NEET PG counselling 2024 registration fees is of Rs. 2,000 for general category candidates and Rs. 1,000 for unreserved category candidates. The authority will also provide a correction window for making changes to the submitted application form, which will be available only for two days.
Chandigarh NEET PG 2024 merit list
After the application phase completes, Chandigarh state NEET PG counselling authority releases the Chandigarh NEET PG 2024 merit list. Only candidates whose names appear on this merit list will be eligible for the further admission process. The merit list includes candidate's name, father's name, mother's name, gender, date of birth, Chandigarh domicile status, whether MBBS was completed in Chandigarh, category, PH status (Yes/No), NEET PG score, duration of service in remote and/or difficult areas, and final score.

Chandigarh NEET PG 2024 choice filling
After the release of the merit list, candidates are required to participate in the Chandigarh NEET PG choice-filling process. During the choice filling, candidates have to select their preferred courses and institutions based on their NEET PG rank. Candidates need to fill choices in online mode and make changes in the filled preferences before the last date. Then, the filled choices need to be locked within the stipulated period. If not locked, the filled preferences are locked automatically and considered by the authority for further admission process.

Yes, you can get a seat depending on the cut-off mark but in non clinical post at this rank.if you are satisfied with this go ahead or you can do is try next year and achieve good rank for clinical.
Keep trying till the last round and you'll definitely make it. Make sure you enter the right colleges during option entry with the priority according to their cut-off rank and availability of seats.
