    MBBS admission at Maharishi Markandeshwar Medical College, Kumarhatti, will cost up to Rs 95.83 lakh in tuition fees under the Management Quota. Under the State Quota, the full-course tuition fee is Rs 50.82 lakh, according to the final prospectus issued by Atal Medical and Research University (AMRU), Himachal Pradesh. 

    The state government has approved the MBBS and BDS fee structure for 2026-27. Government medical colleges will charge Rs 40,000 per year as tuition fee, with the first-year total fee fixed at Rs 60,000. From the second to fifth year, students will pay Rs 50,000 annually.
