NEET 2025 prospectus - Online application form
The NEET 2025 application form can be filled in online mode. Aspirants who fulfil the eligibility criteria as mentioned in the NEET information bulletin are eligible to fill the NEET application form 2025. In three steps, candidates can fill the NEET UG application form.
Candidate registration - Aspirants need to register for the online application form of NEET 2025 and note down the system generated application number. Candidates have to provide the required details while filling the application form of NEET 2025. They are also required to create a password and choose a security question. After successful submission of the personal details, an application number is generated and is used to complete the remaining steps of the NEET 2025 registration form.
Filling up the NEET 2025 application form - After successful registration, candidates need to login with the application number and the password created by them. Upon successful login, aspirants have to fill the NEET 2025 application form. They need to upload important documents, along with photographs and signatures.
Fee payment - After successful completion of NEET registration and filling the application form, applicants have to pay the requisite form fees of NEET exam. The NEET 2025 registration fees can be paid via credit/ debit card/ UPI/ net banking, etc. The confirmation page of NEET 2025 application form 2025 is only generated upon the submission of exam fee.

For LBS Nursing admission through NEET Exam 2025 , an EWS certificate is required. Since your EWS certificate is valid until March 31, 2025, you're good to go for the NEET application process, which is open from February 7 to March 7, 2025.
To apply under the EWS quota, you'll need to upload your valid EWS certificate while filling out the NEET application form. Ensure you have all the required documents, including your Aadhar card, PAN card, bank statement, caste certificate, income certificate, and proof of property or land.
The EWS certificate is essential for claiming reservation benefits under the Economically Weaker Section category. If you're applying under this category, make sure to select it while filling out the application form.

If your father is in the army and your permanent address differs from your current address when filling out the NEET application form, you should submit a document that proves your current address, such as a ration card, utility bill (electricity or water), or a recent tenancy agreement in the "current address" section of the application form.
Always upload proof of both your permanent address (using your father's official army posting address) and your current address where you are residing currently.

1. School Roll Number : As a private candidate, your CBSE marksheet will have a roll number assigned by CBSE. Use that roll number in the form.
2. School Details : Since private candidates do not have an affiliated school, select the option related to Private Candidate or enter Self-Study/Private if applicable.
3. Previous School Details : If the form asks for details of your previous school, you can mention your old school's name from where you last studied as a regular student before becoming a private candidate.
