The NEET 2026 application form can be filled in online mode. Aspirants who fulfil the eligibility criteria as mentioned in the NEET information bulletin are eligible to fill the NEET application form. In three steps, candidates can fill the NEET UG application form.
Candidate registration - Aspirants need to register for the online application form of NEET 2026 and note down the system generated application number. Candidates have to provide the required details while filling the application form of NEET 2026. They are also required to create a password and choose a security question. After successful submission of the personal details, an application number is generated and is used to complete the remaining steps of the NEET 2026 registration form.
Filling up the NEET 2026 application form - After successful registration, candidates need to login with the application number and the password created by them. Upon successful login, aspirants have to fill the NEET 2026 application form. They need to upload important documents, along with photographs and signatures.
Fee payment - After successful completion of NEET registration and filling the application form, applicants have to pay the requisite form fees of NEET exam. The NEET 2026 registration fees can be paid via credit/ debit card/ UPI/ net banking, etc. The confirmation page of NEET application form 2026 is only generated upon the submission of exam fee.

The NEET application form usually opens in February and the last date is usually in March . The exam is generally held in May . The form is filled online on the official NTA NEET website.
For the SC category , you need at least 40% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology in Class 12 to be eligible. The minimum age required is 17 years , and there is no upper age limit .
You can fill the NEET form only through the official NTA website when the registration starts.
