The National Testing Agency has established the NEET Total Marks 2024 to 720. These NEET total marks are distributed as follows: 360 marks allocated to Biology, 180 marks designated for Physics, and another 180 marks for Chemistry. NTA specifies the NEET UG passing marks, as well as, marks to qualify for the medical entrance exam. NEET is an undergraduate medical entrance examination for granting admission to medical UG courses across the country.

What are passing marks in NEET out of 720?

The passing marks in NEET out of 720 for general category candidates is 50th percentile. While for SC/ST/OBC and general-PH aspirants, the NEET qualifying marks are 40th and 45th percentile, respectively. As per the previous year's cutoff, the NEET passing marks for the general category were 720-137, while NEET exam pass marks for OBC/ST/SC were 136-107.
