The National Testing Agency has set the NEET Total Marks 2026 to 720. These NEET total marks are distributed as follows: 360 marks allocated to Biology, 180 marks designated for Physics, and another 180 marks for Chemistry. NTA specifies the NEET 2026 pass mark that a student must obtain to qualify the exam.

The NEET full marks are 720. While preparing for the medical entrance test aspirants should know the NEET 2026 paper pattern. Candidates, while going through the NEET paper pattern 2026 should understand the structure of the medical entrance test. It must be noted that the NEET question paper comprises 180 questions and each correct question has a weightage of 4 marks which means the NEET full marks 2024 are 720. The NEET 2026 exam paper is divided into three sections i.e. Physics, Chemistry, Biology.

The total number of questions in NEET Biology is different whereas, the number of questions in Physics and Chemistry is the same.
