NEET application form 2021 will be available soon on the official website. So keep an eye on the official website for the latest information. NEET 2021 exam date has been announced by NTA as August 1. NEET-UG will be conducted in pen and paper mode on August 1 in 11 languages but the dates for the release of application form is not yet declared. If you have domicile of Maharashtra then also you can apply through West Bengal SC certificate provided that your category under which you got the reservation in SC category in West Bengal should lie under Central reservation list available at ( http://www.ncbc.nic.in/User_Panel/CentralListStateView.aspx ) because there is no any point mentioned in the information brochure of NEET for SC caste certificate but it should be valid and authorized. Information brochure of NEET 2021 is not released yet so I have given you the information on the basis of previous year's criteria.

>> Then on Next menu item you have to upload some images such as your passport size photograph (10-200 Kb in JPG format), Signature (4-30 Kb in JPG Format), Class 10th certificate (100-300 Kb in JPG Format), Left-Hand Thumb impression (10-50 Kb in JPG format) and postcard size photograph (50-300 Kb in JPG Format).
