Hii,

Yes, if you are an external student enrolled in PU Science (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology), you are eligible to take the NEET. However, confirm that you have studied the necessary subjects and that your board is recognized.

Additionally, you must pass the 12th grade exam with at least 50% in general and 40% in PCB for SC, ST, and OBC students. You are therefore qualified if your board and subjects are correct. Just concentrate on doing well in your NEET studies!

Hi Phaniraj,

To qualify for the Telangana State Local Quota in the context of NEET UG admissions, applicants must normally satisfy the definition of local candidate as set out in the relevant Telangana government rules. You studied in Telangana up to the 10th class, and did the Intermediate (11th class and 12th class) in Andhra Pradesh, and your qualification under this provision depends on whether you meet the following:

  • According to the Presidential Order and local status provisions, it may be possible to still be a Local Candidate of Telangana as you completed most of your education, ( -4 years qualification just prior to qualifying exam) in Telangana.
  • However, since you sat the NEET UG exam from Andhra Pradesh and completed your Intermediate qualification there, that probably means you are considered the local candidate of Andhra Pradesh and not Telangana.

Hello Aspirant,

The opportunities for MBBS admission at government medical colleges will depend on various factors including your NEET score, category and cut off scores for that year and state. Lower cut off scores for ST category will improve your chances. If you have a NEET score of 120, you may find it to be very difficult but still not impossible to secure a place at a government medical college, since it will depend on the state quota and number of seats available. You should check if you can find previous years cut off trends for ST candidates in your state or participating states from the official counselling authorities.

You can also consider exploring the state quota seats, management quota or medical colleges, as an alternative options.

Hey there. With some additional information like the expected score and category we can assess the probability of getting a medical seat in neet 2025.
