The NEET qualification marks 2025 will be released by the NTA after declaring the result. If we follow the previous year's trends, the Medical aspirants must score over 600 marks in NEET for MBBS in a government college in 2025. The NEET cutoff for government colleges determines the eligibility for admission to government medical colleges. Candidates should know the NEET cutoff of government colleges for better references.
A score of 400 is considered strong for candidates in the SC/ST category, above average for OBC candidates and not competitive for General category applicants in NEET. NEET qualifying marks 2024 for general category: Aspirants belonging to the unreserved category are required to score 50th percentile and 720-164 scores.
NEET qualified marks 2024 for the general PwD category: Students of this category need to secure the 45th percentile and 163-146 scores to qualify for NEET UG.
NEET qualifying marks 2024 for OBC, SC and ST: Aspirants who belong to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes need to obtain the 40th percentile and 163-129 scores.
NEET qualifying marks 2024 for OBC, SC and ST PwD- NEET cutoff for OBC, SC and ST PwD is 40th. On the other hand, NEET 2024 qualifying marks for these categories are 145-129.

No, a state-issued disability certificate alone is not sufficient for NEET counseling under the PwD quota. As per NMC (National Medical Commission) guidelines, candidates must obtain a disability certificate from one of the 12 designated NEET Disability Assessment Centers across India. the certificate must be issued in the prescribed NEET format with a valid UDID number. to be eligible for the PwD reservation, the disability percentge should be 40% or more and fall under the benchmark disabilities defined by NMC. evben if you have a state certificte, you must get it verified at an approved NEET disability center before participating in counselling.
To get admission to BDS college through NEET 2025, the cut-off will be around 400 to 500. Those who have scored this many marks or in between these will be able to get admission to government BDS Colleges.
For private BDS colleges, a minimum of 50 percentile is required.
Admission to government colleges also varies with number of candidates applied and seats available.
The NEET UG 2025 cutoff is expected to be highly competitive, with several factors influencing the final score. Based on previous year's trends, here are some expected cutoff scores:
