The total marks in NEET are 720 marks. The NEET UG exam consists of 180 multiple-choice questions (MCQs), distributed equally among three subjects: Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (Botany and Zoology). Each correct answer is awarded 4 marks, and each incorrect answer results in a deduction of 1 mark (negative marking). The distribution of questions is as follows:
