Any candidates scoring less than top ranks in NEET UG can get admission in MBBS in Telangana through Management Quota. The admissions take place through state counselling conducted by Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS), Warangal.
Management quota seats have higher fees than government and regular private seats. To get a seat, candidates must register with KNRUHS and take part in the counselling process.

All candidates applying for management quota seats must fulfil the following requirements:
Educational Qualification:
Passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as compulsory subjects.
Minimum 50% marks in PCB (40% for SC/ST/OBC candidates).

NEET UG 2025 qualification is mandatory with the minimum percentile prescribed by NMC.

Merit is strictly based on scores at NEET UG 2025.
KNRUHS releases a rank list, category-wise.
Eligible candidates will participate in online counselling.
Seat allotment will depend on rank, preference, and availability of seats.
After getting a seat, candidates have to pay first-year fees and report to the college with all original documents.
