Hi Balvir 

For foreign medical graduates to do internship in India , they have to apply for Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) which is conducted by National Board of Examination(NBE).

After passing the exam you'll get a passing certificate from NBE. 

Then only you can apply for internship in India.

The syllabus of FMGE 2019 is issued by the Medical Council of India (MCI) with the approval of Government of India. FMGE 2019 syllabus comprise of the subjects/knowledge areas as per the Graduate Medical Regulation issued by MCI.

But MCI issues temporary eligibility for those eligible Foreign Medical graduates to practise in India. The Institute hat you studied Medicine should be recognised by Medical Council of India(MCI).
