About JENPAS UG 2026

The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) is the authority to conduct the Joint Entrance Test for Nursing, Paramedical, and Allied Sciences Undergraduate Exam, JENPAS UG. The registrations for JENPAS UG 2026 will be held online on the official website. Those who will fill out the application forms will be issued JENPAS UG 2026 admit cards.  The authority releases the JENPAS UG results online. Appeared candiadtes will be able to check the JENPAS UG 2026 results by logging in through their application number and date of birth. The questions asked in the JENPAS UG 2026 exam will be multiple-choice based on Class 11 and 12 standard syllabi. 

Candidates qualifying for the class 12 examination from any recognised Board/Council can apply for JENPAS UG 2026 online mode at wbjeeb.nic.in. Through JENPAS UG 2026, admission will be granted to around 4230 nursing, paramedical, and allied sciences seats. Before appearing for JENPAS UG 2026, aspirants have to apply by fulfilling the eligibility criteria.  The eligibility criteria to appear for JENPAS 2026 are as follows.

  • The applicant must be a citizen of India.

  • The applicant must have passed already OR must be appearing in 2026 in class 12 in the (10+2) system only.

  • The applicant's age must be at least 17 (seventeen) years as of December 31 of the year of the examination.

Authorities release the JENPAS UG 2026 application form in online mode. The stepwise procedure to complete the JENPAS 2026 application process is mentioned below. 

Registration

  • Enter personal details such as name, father's name, mother's name, date of birth, gender, identification type and number, present and permanent address, mobile number, email ID etc.

  • Then the candidate has to create a password, choose a security question/ answer, review and submit the registration.

  • An application number will be generated and will appear on the screen. Also, SMS/email will be sent to the candidate.

  • Candidate must remember his/her application number, password, and security question/answer. If the candidate forgets the password, he/she has to recover it through the “Forgot Password” option. 

  • There is no other way to recover the password.

  • No person/agency can change/edit/input any information without knowing the password.

Filling out the application form

  • At this stage, the candidate needs to fill up various other information such as domicile, 

  • category, PWD status, family income status, religion, nationality, academic details, etc.

  • Candidates need to select his/her option for i) Paper-I only or ii) Paper-II only or iii) both Paper-I and Paper-II.

  • Thereafter, the candidate needs to choose the zones of examinations in order of his/her choice and submit the application.

Uploading of images

  • The candidate is required to upload JPG/JPEG images of his/her recent color photograph (10 to 200kB) and signature (4 to 30 kB).

  • If any document, for example, certificate/marksheet, etc. is to be uploaded, it must be in PDF format (50 to 300kB)

Payment of examination fees

  • The JENPAS UG examination fees can be paid by Net Banking/ Debit Card/ Credit Card only.

  • For only Paper-1 or only Paper-2, the application fee for the examination is Rs.500 (Rs.400 for SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B candidates), plus the Bank's service charges as applicable.

  • For both Paper-1 and Paper-2, the application fee for the examination is Rs. 800 (Rs.650 for SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B candidates), plus the Bank's service charges as applicable.

Confirmation Page: On successful completion of all the above steps, candidates can download the ’Confirmation Page' which means that the application is complete.

JENPAS UG Application Correction Window

The JENPAS 2026 correction window is made available by WBJEEB on the official website. If any candidate intends to correct any other information in his/her JENPAS UG application form 2026, he/she can do so after logging in during the given correction period. Any request for any JENPAS UG 2026 correction will not be entertained by WBJEEB under any circumstances beyond the correction period.

JENPAS UG 2026 Syllabus

JENPAS UG Joint Entrance Test for Nursing, Paramedical and Allied Sciences Under Graduate Courses Syllabus

WBJEEB releases the JENPAS UG 2026 answer keys after the completion of the entrance exam on the official website. Candidates can log in and view the JENPAS 2026 answer keys. The challenge facility of JENPAS answer keys 2026 will be made available for the aspirants who appeared in the test. Candidates can challenge any answer key on payment of 1500 per question, plus the bank's service charges. The fee once paid is not refundable. The Board will review the challenges and publish the final JENPAS 2026 answer keys.

The JENPAS UG result 2026 will be released by WBJEEB in the form of rank card. The JENPAS rank card 2026 comprises all relevant ranks and scores. Candidates can view and download their rank card by logging in with their passwords. 

If any candidate has any grievance about his/her score obtained, he/she may raise a query through email (to info@wbjeeb.in) within 24 hours of the declaration of the result, attaching copies of the rank card, question booklet number and its series code, self-calculation of the question-wise and total score. 

WBJEEB releases a separate notification with details of JENPAS UG 2026 counselling/seat allotment and admission procedure. The JENPAS counselling process will be published on the Board's website soon after the publication of the results. The course-wise and institute-wise availability of seats, which will be provided by the competent authorities, will also be published before counselling and allotment. All verifications of documents uploaded while filling out the application process will be done during counselling.
