Don't worry about that, you can correct your information in the FMGE application form in between 21st November 2018 to 30th November 2018.

Go to the website, open your dashboard, then open the page where you uploaded the thumb print. Then, please check if there's any option of uploading another file again. 

If you don't find an option, call up the authorities to clear your query.

Go to the official website of FMGE, open your dashboard and see if there's an option of editing the information/details provided by you. 

If you don't find any such option, call up the authorities to get your doubt cleared.

Hello Sam,
Correction facility for the FMGE 2019 application form will be available for candidates tentatively from November 21 till 30.
Unfortunately, candidates will not be able to edit the photograph, signature and some other details such as name, DOB, gender, Nationality,. Mobile no., e-mail address, testing city.
