As per previous years cutoff there are more chances to get government medical college by your rank.but as per now results the official cutoff and results are not yet released.you have to wait for official results it is difficult to predict the college because the cutoff depends

Yes you will surely get a govt seat, specially from a good medical college, maybe the best in your state depending on the clinical or non clinical subject you choose.
