As of now, in India, there's no such criteria that a person with weakness in one eye must be a candidate of physical handicapped. So in neet MDS, this is not the criteria.

Regarding admission in MDS, you need to appear in the NEET PG entrance exam, and if qualified you to need to apply at the university to which the college is affiliated and attend the counseling.

Earlier there was only 3 attempts that were allowed but now you can attempt as many time as you want but you have to keep in mind the age criteria mentioned in the brochure.

as per the neet criteria, 40th percentile that is almost 204 marks is important whereas the revised percentile makes the marks cutoff as 115.
