I don't think so time if going to be a factor to separate two students if they tie on a mark. Even though I'm not 100% sure, but time won't be a factor to identify the better one for sure. Some of the factors to judge when it's a tie

Hello, Don't take tension, for Scanned documents correction, nbe will contact you. As you have uploaded wrong documents you can't make any changes from your side. Authorities will contact you through SMS. When you got SMS then correction window will open for you and you are able to make changes.
