Candidate must be either an Indian National or Person of Indian Origin or Overseas Citizen of India card holder

In case of not having permanent registration, candidate with provisional registration certification issued by DCI or State Dental Council (SDC) by March 31, 2020 too are eligible for NEET MDS, in addition to having passed BDS as well as having completed 12-month compulsory rotatory internship by aforementioned date.

During the 2019 NEET MDS counselling for UP state, we were made to sign an affidavit stating if we leave the course at any point of time, we will have to pay the full 3 years academic fees. Is this practice legal??
