If you filled general category in the form you will get seats based on general quota only even if you are general EWS quota and you have a certificate but since you didn't choose that option nor submitted any documents supporting that claim you will be considered in general

i have a obc ncl certificate of april 2021 but in neet pg prospectus it was written that anual income should be of year 2020-21 so i want to know my certificate of april will be valid or not..?? and one more query does obc nclcertificate issued by state govt of up is valid during counseling or not.?

As I understand obc ncl certificate is issued on the basis of income certificate and since both of the certificates are of April 2021 they are very much valid for the counselling in fact its recommended. If you are applying in UP then the caste certificate issued by UP
