Im a obc candidate ,my Sub caste is kunbi83 according to the central OBC list ..But now I have SEBC(maratha) certificate for Maharashtra. But SEBC is not included in Central OBC list..So ,as to get benifits of SEBC ,through which category Should I fill my NEET PG form? OBC or Open ??

If you belong to Maharashtra, Kunbi Community is listed under Central OBC list: http://www.ncbc.nic.in/Writereaddata/note22635288553378053592.pdf . Now SEBC is given based on the annual income of the family of the Candidate. And it is not a National level reservation and so you will not find it under Central OBC list. But

If you belong to SEBC, you belont to the borader OBC Category. Now if you belong to OBC Category, the Community you belong to should be listed under Central OBC list. Hello student if you fall in SEBC category now and have enough documents to claim your category then yes you're eligible to appear in SEBC category in NEET PG even if you've pursued MBBS in OBC category.
