If your question means the correction date for NEET UG form for the admission in MBBS courses all over India, the date for the correction generally ends back in January, after the form fillup in November-December period. So, it's pretty impossible to make any changes thereafter.

As per your Score and Category you may get any seat in state Government colleges of Tamilnadu but,chances are almost Very low,Cutoff may goes around 480 + for such colleges,lets wait and attend Counselling ,you may get if any chances favourable for uh.

Well it's pretty obvious that you should select your nationality as Indian as you belong to India. Others option is for NRI candidates .so definitely you have to select indian and then it will show the option of Tamil Nadu as native state.
