There have been no official notification regarding revision of NEET PG cutoff. The cutoffs shall be revised only if vacant shall persists even after open round of Counselling. As this cannot be predicted, it’s always better to wait for the official news.

It’s actually a personal choice. If you are actually interested in both, then go for the college. The better one you choose. Pulmonary is an excellent choice in which one can superspecialize further in fields of paediatrics, emergency etc. But the scopes remain restricted to pulmonary.

#neetpg is there any possibility for me to get seat in a clg if the student already selected didnt report to college before april 16?

Unfortunately that doesnt happen. Virual Vacancies and free exits are always there. As in a student gets a cpllege allotted but surrenders the seat if she is looking for a better allotment. In such circumstances, the seats are filled in subsequent rounds of counselling. But there is no direct admission.

If you are satisfied with the allotted seat in round 1 of josaa counselling then you should choose freeze option and take out the provisional seat allotment letter and procced for admission according to the institute guidelines which should be available ion the institutes website, if you are not satisfied
