As compared to radiotherapy, MD in anaesthesia will have more scope anywhere across the country. Thes reason being that in case of radiotherapy an organisation/hospital will need to make huge investments on the instruments so there is no scope for a person to freelance because there is limited job opportunity
DNB counselling is different from MD/MS counselling.
DNB counselling will be conducted by NBE i.e National board of examination.
Minimum qualifying marks for OBC category is 40 percentile. If you score at least 40 percentile you are eligible for counseling.
For cutoff you have not mentioned which branch in DNB

Its better to wait for MOP round whose registration will start from 13 may 2019.You can check the seat matrix from 10th may.On 14th may you can fill and lock the choice.
