With your rank it is very much possible for you to get into MD and DNB because the cutoff rank for the most prominent colleges in India from past 2 years is 59934.

As you got less rank than that, you can easily get into the first round

I would suggest DNB from a good institute because in regards to job prospects DNB and MD areregarded same and going it from a good institute increases your job opportunities to national colleges like AIIMS.
