Dear Divya, unfortunately if you haven't qualifird in NEET PG, you cannot register for counselling. Because the rule states that only qualified candidates can register themselves for the counselling process. This applies for all the Government/Private/Management seats under All India Quota and State Eligibility Quota as well.
