If you want admiAdmis through All India Rank, then it might not be possible for you to get Anaesthesia. If you want to go through state rank list, you might have a chance of getting into Anaesthesia in a private college.

Basically during counselling they will ask you to submit proofs that you studied atleast 7years in that state and ideally i feel you should apply for telangana as you are local to that place. You know better where you have studied atleast 7 years so check accordingly.
